ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently recruiting for an experienced Polisher / Detailer to join the team. In this role you will be responsible for cleaning and detailing vehicles to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a safe work environment. Your daily tasks will include : Inspecting vehicles for paint defects, imperfections or damage prior to polishing or detailing. Performing paint correction techniques such as de‑nibbing, buffing and polishing to remove surface imperfections and achieve a high‑quality finish. Using appropriate tools and equipment such as dual‑action polishers, rotary buffers, de‑nibbing blocks, pressure washers and vacuums. Detailing vehicles inside and out, including washing, vacuuming and cleaning glass, trims and surfaces. Ensuring all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations. Maintaining a tidy workspace and correctly disposing of waste materials. Assisting with general workshop tasks or supporting other team members when required. ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role you will have : Previous experience in a similar role in the automotive industry is highly desirable but not essential. Buffing / Polishing experience is essential. Understanding of and willingness to abide by all safety practices. Appropriate Australian working rights. Valid Driver’s Licence.
