Working in the social model, our team of talented change-makers is on a mission to promote inclusion for all Australians.About The Role We are seeking experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners to provide impactful therapy to NDIS participants. Your daily tasks may include:Working in diverse settings such as homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centers Utilizing assessment and intervention skills to support participants in achieving goals and maximizing NDIS funding Building meaningful relationships with participants and their support networks (family, carers, friends) Developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies, using a positive behaviour support framework Conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA) Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges Participating in weekly team meetings to share impact stories and foster team camaraderie Receiving support from your Team Leader and Therapy Mentor Who We Are Looking For Our team values collaboration and shared principles.
