Join the Team — Casual Saturday Retail & Dispatch Assistant (1 Day/Week) Love fashion and thrive in a fast-paced environment? SUBOO is looking for a Casual Saturday Retail & Dispatch Assistant to support both our retail boutique and our online store operations. This role blends customer-facing retail service with hands-on dispatch duties . You’ll be welcoming customers in-store, keeping the shop floor looking beautiful, assisting with styling and sales, and ensuring our weekend online orders are packed and dispatched accurately. If you’re organised, confident with customers, and love switching between retail and operational tasks, this is the perfect weekend role. Key Responsibilities Retail Provide warm, fashion-forward customer service and styling support Maintain store presentation to a high standard, merchandising, tidying, restocking Assist customers with sizing queries, product knowledge, and checkout Ensure a premium brand experience from the moment customers walk in Dispatch (Back of House) Pick, pack, and dispatch online orders on Saturdays Process returns including garment QC and restocking Manage stock organisation between shop floor and stockroom Conduct stock checks and flag low stock or discrepancies Maintain a clean, organised stockroom and packing area The Ideal Candidate Experience in retail , fashion , dispatch , or customer service Confident, warm, and comfortable engaging with customers Strong sense of style and understanding of fashion trends Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Physically capable and happy in a hands-on environment Comfortable using computers and POS/eCommerce systems (Shopify/Cin7 a plus) Reliable and able to work independently on Saturdays Available every Saturday (1 day/week) Why Join SUBOO?
