Join to apply for the Safety Manager role at BINGO INDUSTRIES We are looking for a senior professional to oversee the WHS management system across our operations, drive safety performance improvements and support our continued growth in a high‑hazard environment. Responsibilities Lead and enhance our WHS management system and critical control program. Monitor, report, and improve safety performance across the business. Conduct assurance reviews and site inspections to identify risks before they become incidents. Champion safety initiatives through engaging toolbox talks and clear communication. Prepare safety reports for senior leadership and the Board. Build strong relationships with regulators and industry bodies. Support tenders and presentations by showcasing BINGO’s safety excellence. What makes you a GOgetter Tertiary qualifications and/or proven experience in a similar safety role. Expertise in WHS management systems (ISO 45001, ASNZ 4801 or similar). Strong track record in audits, data analysis, and implementing safety improvements. Collaborative approach with the ability to influence and coach teams. Tech‑savvy with Microsoft Office and safety management software. Experience in high-hazard environments; waste/recycling industry knowledge is a bonus.
