About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations on our commercial construction sites. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. You'll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and trades to coordinate and supervise all on-site activities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations and manage all trades and subcontractors Ensure construction activities are completed to plan, schedule, and spec Maintain high standards of site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with WHS regulations Coordinate material deliveries and manage site logistics Monitor project progress and report back to Project Manager Lead toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety walkthroughs Manage quality control, inspections, and defect rectification Foster a positive site culture and provide leadership to site personnel Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in commercial construction Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and site coordination Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Willingness to carry out occasional hands-on work or assist trades when needed White Card (Construction Induction) Current driver's licence and reliable transport Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry 3-5 years of site supervision experience required Must have Australian work rights for this position Trade background (Carpentry preferred) First Aid certification Familiarity with construction software/apps for reporting and site management QBCC Supervisor or Builder Licence (if applicable) What's on Offer: A leadership role on diverse, high-quality commercial projects Stable pipeline of work with reputable clients and partners Supportive construction team and strong project management structure Competitive salary package (based on experience) Career development opportunities within a growing business Please send through your CV and any other documents to *****@inspiredbuilt.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
