Operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 112 children to explore, grow, and thrive. About You – Our Ideal Early Childhood Teacher Passionate about early education, with experience delivering high-quality care and learning Thrives in inclusive, nurturing environments where every child feels seen and supported Committed to empowering children to grow as independent, curious, and resilient learners Brings a strong focus on school readiness, guiding little learners with care and intention Designs engaging programs and fosters meaningful, thought-provoking conversations Inspires a lifelong love of learning and helps lay the foundation for future success What You’ll Bring A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA-approved equivalent Teacher's Registration A current Working with Children Check Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) Full Australian working rightsA professional, polished presence and warm approach A natural curiosity and confidence when connecting with families and the local community Demonstrated ability to deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs with heart and intention Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting Why You’ll Love Working With Us Generous above award salary + 10% ECEC Grant Outstanding resources which are replenished frequently Up to 6 weeks annual leave Direct Access to Leadership and Owners Financial support for ongoing education to help you grow Rewards for referring family and friends Opportunities to transfer across our centres About us At Eden Academy, we’re more than a childcare centre—we’re a family.
