About the Role We’re looking for a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy team at Grand Toyota Wangara. This is a front-of-house role where you’ll be the key point of contact for our service guests, helping them navigate everything from routine maintenance to more complex repairs. If you enjoy building relationships, staying organised, and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Be Doing Welcoming customers and understanding their vehicle servicing needs Booking and managing service appointments Explaining work carried out and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction Coordinating with workshop and parts teams Up-selling additional service work Following up with customers and maintaining accurate service records Skills & Experience Previous experience in a similar Service Advisor or customer-facing automotive role Strong communication and organisational skills A calm and solutions-focused approach Ability to work well with both customers and workshop teams A current driver’s licence Why Join Us?
