Rockingham Mazda is seeking an ambitious, hardworking, and experienced Admin Manager. Skills and Experience Strong automotive background. Significant experience in an administrative role with a substantial time in an automotive Dealership. Skills to include knowledge of Pentana ERA Accounting and Executive ERA, ERA Power. Data Entry/Computer Skills. Clerical Skills Communication Skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Attention to Detail. Basic Functions Process Vehicle deals, calculate commissions, scan deal pack, and update DOC. Carry out various general ledger account reconciliations. Bank Statement Reconciliation/Processing/Credit Card Statements. EOY/EOFY Reconciliations. Department of transport licensing backup. Mazda Finance Payout/Bailments. Maintain Fixed asset register. Annual Leave and Accounts Payable coverage/backup. EOM Standard entries. BAS Return Monthly. EOM Group Tax, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, C.S.A Management of debtors. General secretarial and bookkeeping functions. Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures.
