About the Role We’re looking for a qualified, experienced, and quality-focused Spray Painter to help us deliver exceptional results to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Carry out all paint jobs to meet AMA's high-quality standards and procedures Finalise colour matching and minor colour adjustments to ensure a flawless finish Maintain and care for spray booths, equipment, and robotics Perform other duties as required by leadership What You’ll Bring: Trade qualification in Automotive Spray Painting (essential) Previous experience in the Collision Repair industry (essential) Full Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence We understand everyone’s life looks a little different — if you need flexible work hours, we’re open to discussing options.
