The team member must have prior experience and be able to infiltrate Professional Services teams.In addition, the team member must be able to build a test charter and resource management plans for projects. Must have experience in defect management and knows the various phases of testing in large complex implementations End-to-End. (E2E)About The TeamYou’ll be part of a team of experts spread across the globe in Capital Markets software solutions.What You Will Be DoingE2E Test Managers will need to coordinate with the FIS implementation team, the development organization as necessary as well as the Test Automation teams to devise E2E Test strategy for Clients.They will also be responsible for participating in Client Go/ No Go decisions. The person will serve as a final alignment step between business stakeholders, the client and FIS implementations teams on quality and scope of the implementations.What You Will NeedKnowledge of application development, software testing and quality management Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting or Engineering 10+ years’ experience within the field of agile project management and/or E2E testing Added Bonus If You HaveCertification in Agile Project Management and/ or testing What We Offer YouAt FIS, we hire the best.
