We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager with strong technical jewellery knowledge to lead our Westfield Carousel showroom. About the Role This role requires excellent leadership, refined customer service skills and the ability to manage premium store operations while applying sound knowledge of gold, diamonds and manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily showroom operations ensuring a polished, luxury retail environment. Deliver exceptional, personalised service for high-value and custom-made jewellery purchases. Build and maintain strong client relationships, including VIP clientele. Apply sound technical knowledge of jewellery making, gold karats, diamonds, gemstones and jewellery repairs. Conduct supplier purchasing and price comparison analysis for gold, diamonds and components. Coordinate with existing workshop staff and outsourced jewellers regarding all custom makes and repair jobs. Read, understand and edit CAD drawings for custom jewellery pieces; prepare and send CAD files to the 3D printer for 3D printing. Manage inventory, stock rotation, stocktakes and secure handling of gold and diamond stock. Lead, mentor and motivate the retail team to achieve KPIs and luxury service standards. Manage staff rosters, POS operations, daily reconciliations and banking procedures. Analyse sales performance and support marketing activities and promotional events. Uphold WHS, security procedures, company policies and industry compliance. Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience in the jewellery industry. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce or related field. Experience supervising or managing a retail team. Strong communication skills suited to luxury clientele. Solid understanding of retail operations, stock control and POS systems. Professional grooming and presentation aligned with a luxury brand.
