They provide an advisory service to internal and external customers in relation to practices and procedures of the Magistrates Court of Western Australia. The role supports the Clerk of the Court managing the work area, leadership, guidance and training, undertakes non-judicial functions of the court by presiding over a range of judicial and quasi-judicial proceedings, as well as providing administrative support and effective case management of court sittings for the judiciary. The role requires a good understanding of court practices and procedures, a customer service focus, leadership capabilities with the ability to work collaboratively to achieve common goals in a team environment. Eligibility To be eligible for appointment to permanent positions in the West Australian Public Sector you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia.
