This role requires someone who works well under pressure and can handle multiple tasks at one time. Tasks include Communicate with customers through various channels Engage with solicitors and Mortgage Brokers/Lenders Database management Provide professional and friendly customer service and turn one-time customers into loyal fans Assist with after hour appointments and Saturday inspections Meeting with buyers, sellers and valuers Your skills and experience You are great at developing and maintaining relationsat all levels Excellent administration skills, communication, presentation, and delivery You are a result-oriented individual You respond promptly and accurately Can work unsupervised & within a team Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always An understanding of the importance of a great customer experience Demonstrated ability to perform and consistently meet targets Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration (preferred but not essential) What are we looking for A great attitude A passion & drive to be successful A strong work ethic Love working with and helping people Ready to work in a great team environment Why should you join our team?
