About the Role

Our client is major mining producer with an opportunity for

Construction Supervisors

for their

Coal Mine

site in northern QLD.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervision of project work, managing safety performance, and assisting the Project Manager managing quality and schedule performanceAssisting in the design and construction methodology developmentResponsible for a wide range of capital projects’Support project schedule and budget objectivesEnsure ownership of project, including stakeholder engagement, monthly KPI’s and internal reporting

If successful, you will be rewarded with:

5:2 or 8:6 Family Friendly Roster FIFO ex-Brisbane only or DIDO Moranbah11% Superannuation Contribution on ALL hours worked (soon to be 11.5%)Highly competitive industry ratesMinimal 12-month temp contract and very strong probability of extensionDedicated Senior Consultant for Candidate CareWeekly Pay + Access to Chandler Macleod’s EAP ProgrammeHuge focus on safety and welfare of all contractors

What Skill Set Do I Require?

Experience as a tradesman (Mechanical or Electrical) or operations (Civil), or a tertiary related disciplineExperienced in a diverse construction environmentCurrent QLD C-Class driver’s licenceCoal Board MedicalStandard 11S123 and G2 qualifications required for supervisor competencyNote that an interview on site will be required
