Full-Time | Leadership Opportunity | Stunning Coastal Location Are you an inspiring hospitality leader ready to take the lead of a luxury resort? We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations and exceptional guest experiences at our premium property located in beautiful Busselton. About the Role As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service standards, leading a dynamic team, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all resort departments. You will drive operational excellence, champion guest satisfaction, and uphold the resort’s reputation as a top destination in the South West. You will lead all operational areas from accommodation, food and beverage to housekeeping, maintenance, and front office—upholding outstanding standards and fostering a strong service‑driven culture. Key Responsibilities Lead the pre‑opening phase and successfully launch the resort in mid‑2026. Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team across all departments. Oversee daily resort operations across accommodation, food & beverage, recreation, and guest services. Maintain the highest standards across all guest touchpoints. Develop and implement operational policies, budgets, and performance targets. Foster strong relationships with guests, staff, suppliers, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities for service innovation and continuous improvement. About You Proven leadership experience within a hotel or resort (4–5 star preferred). Strong background in pre‑opening, understanding of hospitality operations and guest service excellence. Proven leadership experience with the skill to build cohesive teams and nurture a motivated, high‑achieving workplace culture. Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and reporting. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Relevant qualifications in Management or Hospitality are desirable. Driver’s Licence and Senior First Aid certificate are required. Why Join Us?
