Channel Manager: Audience Growth & Monetisation WTFN's digital division Radar is recruiting for an experienced Channel Manager with experience monetising content and growing audiences on YouTube, Facebook and Snapchat to join our passionate and talented team. Radar runs a network of 30+ owned and operated and partner YouTube, Facebook and Snapchat channels including Bondi Vet, Dog Whisperer With Cesar Millan and Oceanliner Designs. The full time position is based in our Melbourne office although a remote role may be available. Responsibilities Rollout strategies and create and manage content schedules under the direction of Pod Lead. Monetise content and grow audiences across multiple channels including but not limited to YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram and TikTok. Manage multiple channels across various platforms including but not limited to YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram and TikTok. Community management and moderation. Data analysis and report writing. Brief editors to create multi-format video content. Thumbnails and graphic asset creation. Regular feedback and communication on channel performance metrics. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on platform best practices and developments and ensure these are applied. Any other production or channel management task as directed by the Pod Lead. Desired Skills and Experience Demonstrable 3+ years’ experience managing entertainment monetised channels across multiple platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram and TikTok. Excellent written English and grammar and attention to detail. Proven working knowledge of Photoshop. Competent in using and applying analytics and insights. Proven understanding of digital rights management and monetising video content on social media platforms. Strong organisation, communication and time management skills.
