(Whilst this is based in Newcastle, our PM will be expected to deliver projects in a regional footprint around the Hunter Valley that will require significant time away.) Your Mission: Delivering Civil Infrastructure projects across major transport, renewables, Defence Drive continuous improvement of a high-performing safety culture within the delivery team. Oversee the overall project delivery in line with internal processes. Manage the execution of engineering, procurement, and construction activities. Monitor progress against plans, contractual arrangements, and delivery milestones to ensure they remain on schedule and within quality and cost estimates. Lead and manage teams of construction professionals, including mentoring, training, and performance management.
