ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Casual Early Childhood Educators to work across our four (4) Early Learning & Development Services ideally looking for candidates who can work across all services. You will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational experiences of our young learners. Working in partnership with our Early Childhood Teacher to support our children and foster their social emotional and intellectual growth in a play-based environment. ABOUT THE CENTRES Our Ngala Early Learning Centres in Claremont Kensington Joondalup and Perth Airport are spacious and include large indoor and outdoor play areas. We offer excellent child-to-educator ratios and our focus is on providing fun stimulating and joyful learning activities for children. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or Diploma in Childrens Services / Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA approved equivalent) Demonstrated experience supporting the development and learning of children 0-6 years old Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and self-learning to achieve the best outcomes for children High level of verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
