Subcontractor Coordination and Communication: Facilitate clear exchange of specifications and prompt RFI responses. Client and Stakeholder Liaison: Engage and coordinate with clients, superintendents, consultants and stakeholders. Adherence to Project Specifications and Drawings: Ensure on‑site activities align with contractual requirements and quality standards. Subcontractor Coordination and Progress Reporting: Manage subcontractor and trade activities. Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Compliance Oversight: Conduct toolbox talks and manage on‑site safety practices. Industrial Relations Management: Handle Industrial Relations matters, staying updated on legislation. Quality: Maintain project quality levels and contractual obligations. Site Administration Oversight: Manage all site administration activities. Coordination and Documentation Processing: Facilitate efficient paperwork processing. Resource Optimisation: Manage on‑site resources effectively. Site Logistics Optimisation: Improve movement of materials, personnel and equipment. Regulatory Compliance Audits: Conduct audits to ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards. Budget Management: Monitor expenditures, track costs and identify savings opportunities. TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Site Manager role within commercial & residential construction. Proven record in managing large‑scale projects in the Sydney CBD or its fringe, with a focus on safety, quality and on‑time delivery. Strong stakeholder management, including clients, subcontractors, regulators and local communities. Extensive HSE compliance, risk management and industrial relations experience.
