This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where your technical knowledge, attention to detail, selling skills and teamwork will shine. About you This is a rewarding role offering the opportunity to develop your career. We are looking for: Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter / Advisor / Technical Sales Professional, preferably in the truck or automotive industry Excellent communication and customer service skills with a team oriented approach Strong attention to detail and a proactive “make it happen” attitude Good administration and computer skills (Auto IT experience is an advantage) A team player mindset — reliable, adaptable, and eager to grow. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment A focus on performance, safety and continuous improvement. Tasks & responsibilities Deliver exceptional service to customers — accurately interpreting and recommending truck and trailer parts Process phone, counter, and email enquiries efficiently and professionally Prepare sales invoices, purchase orders, and quotes in a timely manner Source and sell parts to retail, trade, and internal customers Monitor inventory levels, assist with stocktakes, and help reduce obsolete stock Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow‑up and reliability Contribute to continuous improvement and support a positive team culture. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
