The Role: We are looking for a Full-Time Office Manager at Baptcare Coasthaven Community , in Norlane VIC. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Residential Care and Services Manager and overseeing various office administration systems within a technology-driven environment. It also entails regular interaction with staff, residents, families, and visitors. Adaptability and a positive approach to meeting evolving community needs are essential. The responsibilities encompass roster management, recruitment, administration, procurement, and coordination of the administrative team. Key Responsibilities: Ensure efficient site administration to support resident care and staff management. Certificate III in Office Administration and rostering system proficiency preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems. About You: Proven expertise in rosters, staff recruitment, and administrative tasks. Possession of a valid Driver's License is essential.
