Opportunity exists for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our expanding Hire Room as a Hire Administrator, this integral part of the team will provide support with administrative and data management tasks. This is an office-based role that will initially commence on a casual basis with the potential for Full Time role for the right candidate. Hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm or 8am -5pm, at our Canning Vale branch. Daily tasks will include: Regular interaction with Access Express customers and the Sales and Operations teams Processing of Hire Contracts Transport Allocation Processing off hires / invoicing Creating purchase orders Converting sales and driving revenue for the Hire Room Supporting the Sales Team by providing customer service and support Providing exceptional customer service We’re looking for someone who shares our values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication, and Continuous Improvement. We’re seeking someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a positive, can-do attitude. Ideally, you will bring: Strong admin background (hire industry a bonus but not essential) Brilliant communicator who builds great relationships Cool under pressure-deadlines don't scare you Sharp eye for detail + quick on the keyboard Fun, energetic, and hungry to learn Current driver's licence All short listed applicants will be required to complete skills testing for speed and accuracy with their typing prior to being booked to interview.
