Senior Project Engineer – Remedial Division Location: Sydney, New South WalesDivision: RemedialEmployment Type: Full-time Freyssinet Australia is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our Remedial Division, delivering complex and technically challenging remediation and façade upgrade projects across NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a specialist contractor known for quality, innovation, and technical excellence. About the Role In this role, you will oversee multiple concurrent projects within our remedial division, focusing on façades and infrastructure restoration. You’ll play a key role in delivering outcomes that are safe, efficient, and aligned with client expectations. The position is costed to projects, and you’ll be equipped with the necessary tools and support to succeed from day one. Key Responsibilities Lead project planning and execution, ensuring quality, safety, and time objectives are met Manage subcontractors and site teams effectively Provide technical input and troubleshooting support Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders Contribute to project reporting and financial tracking using Workbench (training provided) Skills and Experience Required 5–10 years’ experience in construction or contracting Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering Proven experience on remedial, façade, or infrastructure upgrade projects Ability to manage site teams, interface with clients, and drive project outcomes Strong understanding of construction methodology and safety standards What We Offer Car allowance, laptop, and mobile phone Exposure to diverse projects across the NSW region A supportive, technically-minded team within a global organisation Access to VINCI’s internal opportunities and development pathways Additional Information Work is project-based across NSW; some travel may be requiredOpen to overseas applicants with relevant experience — relocation support available Why us?
