About the Role We’re seeking a Melbourne‑based Solution Architect to shape the future of People & Culture technology across a leading enterprise organisation. This role offers flexible engagement options – whether you prefer to work on a contract basis or in a permanent capacity – and supports a hybrid working model, giving you the freedom to balance on‑site collaboration with remote work. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing, integrating, and optimising HR and Finance platforms—creating seamless, future‑ready employee experiences that drive business performance. What You’ll Be Doing Define and deliver solution architecture across core HR platforms (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors) Drive recruitment and onboarding workflows – from job requisitions to candidate experience and onboarding integrations Architect solutions for talent, performance, compensation, benefits, and payroll integration Enable time & attendance, workforce scheduling, and seamless data flows with Finance systems Build scalable, integrated architectures that bring together People, Process, and Technology Partner closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance and IT to align processes and enable enterprise‑wide transformation What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Solution Architect within the HR / People & Culture domain Deep knowledge of Workday (core HCM, recruitment, onboarding, performance, compensation, payroll, time & absence) Experience integrating HR platforms with Finance and other enterprise systems Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to engage at all levels A passion for solving complex problems and creating better employee experiences through technology Why This Role A chance to influence a major transformation program that touches every employee Work across HR and Finance systems with enterprise‑wide impact Opportunity to bring ideas to life in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment Hybrid work model for optimal flexibility Contract or Permanent engagement options to suit your preferences and career goals Competitive daily rate or salary package, flexible to suit the right candidate Join a culture that values expertise, agility, and partnership Apply now.
