This highly successful, GP owner-operator private billing clinic, offers a rare opportunity for a fortunate GP. An incoming Doctor can expect a complete handover from a high-billing FRACGP departing due to moratorium restrictions. The practice has genuine capacity for full-time (5 full days), offering flexible full-day or early-finish sessions. The ideal candidate is an Unrestricted FRACGP skilled in Women's Health, Travel Health, and all General Practice, aiming to achieve a minimum of 3k gross per day. All patients are Private Billed, except under 15 years and over 66 years which are bulk billed. Some recalls are bulk billed, but it's all up to the Doctor's discretion and accounts for only 5% of overall billing. This is a Private Bill clinic. An incoming Doctor will enjoy practicing within a Doctor led team, smaller size business and beautifully designed setting. They will enjoy working in spacious rooms with a big window and natural light. The clinic is long established with a pleasant and diverse, city patient base. This opening presents an anchor opportunity for the right Doctor who would like to create a comfortable private bill position in the city, to see themselves into future retirement. Secure parking is complimentary and paid for a permanent Doctor or Locum Doctor able to stay for a minimum of 12 months.
