About the opportunity At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as a Personal Care Assistant, you'll make a genuine difference when it's needed the most. Personal Care Assistants are responsible for promoting a positive and safe environment for residents, taking an active role in getting to know our residents and their families, and undertaking documentation to the highest standard. Provide quality resident-focused care utilising a person-centred approach and in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies / procedures of Mercy Health. Provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care. Work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information. Preferred availability during the evening, overnight and weekends. What you'll bring You're resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.
