AJ Mcdonnell Electrical Pty Ltd – Redhead NSW Join AJ Mcdonnell Electrical Pty Ltd' as a full-time Storeman based in Redhead NSW 2290. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of the company's inventory and warehouse operations, playing a vital part in supporting the overall business objectives. Further to this you will be involved in the maintenance and up keep of plant & equipment. What you'll be doing Receiving, storing and dispatching a variety of goods, materials and equipment in a safe and organised manner Ensuring accurate record-keeping and stock control through the use of inventory management systems Performing regular stock counts and monitoring stock levels to identify and address any discrepancies Assisting with the preparation and loading of outgoing deliveries Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-organised warehouse environment Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations Providing support to the wider team as required What we're looking for Demonstrated experience in a storeman or warehouse operations role, ideally within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Proficiency in the use of inventory management systems and record-keeping A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues and external stakeholders A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement Forklift license and experience operating warehouse equipment would be highly regarded What we offer At AJ Mcdonnell Electrical Pty Ltd', we are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative work environment that empowers our employees to thrive.
