As our IT Manager, you'll be the go-to person for all things IT. You’ll handle user support, oversee hardware and other CapEx needs, manage Microsoft licensing and oversee cybersecurity. You'll have the flexibility to be based in either Brisbane or the Gold Coast and travel occasionally between locations. You will report directly to the CFO. WHAT YOU WILL DO Provide internal user support and manage IT service requests. Oversee hardware procurement and CapEx related to IT infrastructure. Manage Microsoft licensing and other software tools. Cybersecurity oversight. Build and lead a small IT team as the company grows. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for an experienced IT Manager with 6+ years of IT experience. Over the next 3-5 years, there will be opportunities to grow into a Head of IT or IT Director role as we continue to expand and acquire new businesses annually. We’re a young, dynamic team with a lot of passion and big plans, so it’s a fantastic chance for a team player who wants to grow with us. DESIRABLE Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. Relevant industry certifications such as: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Solutions Architect, CompTIA Security+ or CISSP (for cybersecurity), ITIL Certification (for IT service management). ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor (for compliance and audit readiness). Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS) and enterprise-level IT systems. WHY JOIN ECOSURE?
