Clinical Nurse – Community Services (Dalby or Roma) UnitingCare Queensland welcomes applications for the Clinical Nurse role within our Community Services. The position offers permanent full‑time employment (Mon‑Fri), competitive hourly salary of $56.76 – $58.31 plus NFP salary packaging, staff discounts, relocation allowance up to $5k and retention bonuses up to $5k (eligibility applies). Our team is compassionate, inclusive and committed to helping people live life in all its fullness. Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality in‑home care and oversee client portfolios. Lead and mentor the frontline clinical team, providing guidance and support. Develop, implement, monitor and review care plans to promote independence and quality of life. Assess residents comprehensively and accurately. Assist with orientation of new staff and ongoing professional development. Ensure service meets all accreditation standards. Qualifications Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent. Current AHPRA registration. Extensive nursing experience, preferably in acute or aged care. Ability to liaise with the care team and coordinate care. Confidence in managing conflict, pressures and competing priorities. Experience in a multidisciplinary team and leadership/mentorship.
