About The Role We’re looking for an experienced Analytics Developer – Data Steward to join our Digital team, contributing to both Data & Analytics service delivery and service management. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of analytics across the organisation. Responsibilities Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to understand analytics requirements Designing and documenting scalable analytics solutions Developing reports, dashboards, data models, and measures Partnering with IT project teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery Facilitation of workshops, demos, and user testing sessions Providing hyper‑care and warranty support post‑deployment Create and deliver training materials to support self‑service analytics Providing operational support for analytics platforms and solutions About You 5+ years as a Business Intelligence Developer using Power BI and Tableau Strong data modelling capabilities Experience with cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Google Cloud Platform) Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities Clear and confident written and verbal communication Degree or equivalent in IT, Information Systems, or a related field About Us We are committed to developing and retaining the best people and provide the best possible learning and development opportunities.
