Gaming Attendant - Blue Bell Hotel at Endeavour Group With great gaming comes great responsibility We’re looking for a proactive Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service. To be suitable for this role, you’ll be motivated to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations. About The Role The Gaming Attendant will support guests and maintain compliance with RSA and RCG/RSG regulations while ensuring an enjoyable, safe gaming environment. A Day In The Life Of a Gaming Attendant Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and creating memorable moments. Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, centered on safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance. Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations. About You You are great with people, detail-oriented, and motivated to make magic happen for your guests and teammates. You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends. You hold current industry RSA and RCG/RCG qualifications. You’ll be yourself and join us as you are – ALH is known for its people Inherent Requirements This is a hands‑on role involving manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
