Key Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive testing process and strategyPlan, develop, and manage test cases for different types of testing at various stages of testing on appropriate testing platformsEngage with stakeholders and project team to ensure testing strategy and planning aligns with project goalsIdentify defects and bugs within the system and oversee defect management until acceptanceMonitor and manage configurations, ensuring consistency and reliability of the systemFacilitate user acceptance testing (UAT)Drive continuous improvement with a focus on Quality Assurance

DESIRABLE

Experience with ERP projects, with a focus and HR and financeTwo years of experience as a Test Manager particularly with cross functional systemsStrong understanding testing principles and methodologiesStrong analytical and problem solving skills
