POSITION Due to internal restructuring, the position of Executive Assistant has been created to ensure the firm's future success. Duties Executive Assistance and Diary Management ASIC & ATO Compliance Management Process Optimisation & Change Implementation Recruitment, Onboarding & Induction Digital Filing Systems & Workflow Development Client Relations & Document Management HR Administration & Employee Engagement CANDIDATE The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following : 10+ years experience in a similar role in an accounting firm (no other industries will be considered) Proven leadership and business improvement experience Experience with cloud based accounting software packages IT Savvy and ability to identify areas of improvement Able to work in the CBD Exceptional communication and presentation skills BENEFITS This is a rare opportunity for a talented Executive Assistant / Admin Manager to join one of Brisbane's best boutique firms.
