We are seeking a Rostering Clerk Full-Time Fixed-Term contract or Part-Time for the right candidate until December 2026 to join our fast paced, inclusive, and supportive scheduling team. The Rostering Clerk is a key part of the rostering / scheduling function. As a Rostering Clerk you’ll help ensure the appropriate and responsive allocation of resources to meet our clients’ service needs. You will undertake timely communication with Support Workers, Clients / Families and regional teams about changes to rosters or support staff. We are a non-for-profit organisation committed to empowering people with disability to live full and independent lives. We’ve been supporting people across regional South Australia for over 30 years, through a person-centred approach, strong community partnerships, and a focus on real impact. Working from our Mount Barker Office, key responsibilities are : Contact Support Workers to fill vacant shifts Ensure shift allocations meet contract requirements, training / credentialing standards, and client preferences Ensure rosters comply with Award provisions Escalate unfilled shifts to the Regional Scheduling Officer promptly Work towards rostering Support Workers to their full capacity Assist the Regional Scheduling Officer as needed You’ll have : Minimum completion of Year 11 plus relevant previous customer service experience A knack for solving problems and thinking logically under pressure –finding solutions and making things fit just right Rostering experience will be highly regarded but is not essential Experience using Dynamics 365 or a similar rostering system will also be highly regardedbut is not essential Obtain and maintain a NDIS Worker Check Class 1 Drivers Licence Apply now to become a Rostering Clerk with Livit Disability Support and be part of an organisation that truly values its people.
