If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving complex problems, and want to be part of a high‑performing, relationship‑driven team, this role is for you A little about the opportunity As our Senior Development Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the end‑to‑end delivery of large-scale residential communities. Qualifications 7+ years’ experience in land development Proven experience delivering large-scale masterplanned communities or civil-based development projects Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing complex budgets and programs Aproactive, solutions-focused approach to risk, approvals, and delivery challenges Excellent communication and negotiation skills A collaborative mindsetand desire to lead by example Relevant tertiary qualifications in property development, construction, engineering, or similar are expected.
