Business Development Manager | Mixed Use Construction Sector

We are seeking an accomplished, well-connected, proven Business Development Manager to join a market leading, multi-disciplined building contractor, with a proven track record in the Mixed-use & Residential Apartment sector. Our client is an industry-leading, award-winning, main building contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-end, 1st class construction projects across the Residential (Apartment) & Mixed - Use projects throughout Sydney NSW. The business has been established for over 14 years and has grown exponentially over that period, continuing to set ambitious growth targets based on the success the company has experienced. In light of the ambitious and assertive growth plan, the company is now seeking to employ a new Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the residential (apartment) & mixed-use construction sectors. Description The incumbent BDM should, however, have his / her own established partnerships to capitalize on and will be able to identify new market segments with commercial upside for the business. Your roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Identifying market segments within the Residential (apartment) & Mixed-use sectors in which the business can grow and operate. Managing existing client relationships. Attending industry-specific events. Promoting the business within existing networks while continuing to expand the network. Reporting regularly while maintaining open communication with management within the business. Profile Have experience in a similar business development role within the construction space with a proven track record. Solve problems effectively and independently. Be self-motivated, passionate, and solution-oriented. Work ethically and in accordance with compliance policies and procedures. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including operation and management teams. Job Offer An extremely lucrative salary package with bonus structures.
