Script Skincare is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Skincare Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will champion the Script philosophy by providing expert, personalised service and guiding customers through their skincare journey. You will create a unique and elevated retail experience for our customers. As a valued member of the Script team, you will enjoy: Extensive learning and development opportunities, including ongoing product and service training A supportive environment focused on growth, excellence, and professionalism Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service in line with Script Skincare guidelines Create a memorable customer experience Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and follow‑up Achieve and exceed skincare product sales targets Manage phone and email enquiries, and support clients through the Script store – in‑store and online Commit to ongoing training and professional development Support and train fellow team members when required Maintain impeccable store presentation at all times Uphold workplace health and safety policies and contribute to a clean, safe environment Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the store About You Strong retail sales experience, ideally within beauty, skincare, or a customer‑facing environment A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting and is driven to achieve store targets Warm, engaging, and confident with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Polite, punctual, well‑presented, and highly organised Passionate about skincare and committed to delivering outstanding customer outcomes Experience in skincare in a dermatology, plastic surgery, or skin cancer practice Familiarity with POS software Processing and packing online orders Why Join Us?
