Our Toowoomba site operates to the highest standards of health and safety, while delivering outstanding customer experience in the areas of manufacturing, storage, and distribution. We are now seeking to grow the team with an enthusiastic Warehouse Administrator. Reporting to the Site Manager you will be working with a close-knit team that is responsible for delivering first-class service to external and internal customers Key Responsibilities include: Printing and issuing picking slips Invoicing of delivered stock Liaising with Freight providers for pick-up and delivery of stock Administer and support the day-to-day warehousing operations Assist with ad-hoc administration and tasks as requested Essential skills and attributes: Demonstrated experience in a previous Administration role- preferably in warehousing Strong communication skills particularly in a warehouse & customer service environment Ability to work well in a team Strong organisational skills Knowledge of Microsoft Suite- Outlook, Teams & Excel- essential Experience using Pronto or other warehouse systems highly regarded.
