The Role As a Warehouse Racking Installer / Storeperson , your role will be hands‑on and varied, working across receiving, storage, packing, assembly, onsite installation and pallet handling. Your work must be completed safely, accurately and to a high standard, preserving product quality and complying with all safety requirements. Key Duties & Responsibilities Warehouse & Assembly Receiving goods and storing them safely Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders Assembling products including pallet racking, shelving and commercial office furniture Cutting, drilling and packing aluminium seating products Maintaining a clean, organised warehouse, yard and vehicles Site preparation for constructions, including excavation works Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently Safe operation of forklifts and company vehicles General Responsibilities Participate in toolbox meetings Complete required paperwork accurately Travel using company vehicles for delivery, pickup and installation (including occasional overnight stays) Comply with all company policies, procedures, and lawful directions Perform other reasonable duties aligned with your skills and training About You We are looking for someone who is practical, reliable and values doing a job properly. Qualifications & Licences Forklift licence (required) Heavy vehicle licence (advantageous but not essential) Experience in a warehouse, installation, construction or similar hands‑on role Experience using power tools and equipment Experience operating forklifts, excavation equipment, diggers or similar machinery Ability to follow instructions and work safely Good time management and ability to prioritise tasks Strong problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic to intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Personal Attributes Approachable, personable and professional Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment Physical Requirements Able to lift moderately heavy objects Comfortable performing manual labour Good overall physical fitness Ready to Build Something Solid?
