This is an exciting opportunity to join a tight-knit qual team within a well-established business that works across FMCG, retail, and shopper insights. What you’ll be doing Leading and supporting ad hoc and tracking studies for big-name consumer brands. Running focus groups, in-depth interviews, and empathy sessions – you’ll be someone who can hit the ground running with fieldwork. Working on a wide variety of projects, from fast‑turnaround tactical work to longer‑term brand strategy initiatives – brand strategy, new product development, package optimisation, visual identity, new brand development, concept testing, ad‑testing, pricing, shopper experience, NPD, and behavioural segmentation Collaborating with a passionate, experienced team that blends qual and quant expertise. About you 1‑5 years’ experience in qualitative research, ideally with exposure to FMCG and/or shopper insights Confident with a broad toolkit: focus groups, IDIs, ethnography, home immersions, shop‑a‑longs, and workshops A natural communicator who can connect with consumers and stakeholders alike Curious, proactive, and ready to take ownership of projects while learning from senior mentors.
