Shred-X is looking for a safety‑focused and customer‑oriented MR Driver to join our team in Welshpool, Perth . As part of the Freightways Group , one of Australasia’s leading logistics and information management companies, Shred‑X is a national leader in secure document destruction, product disposal, and recycling services . We’re seeking a motivated team member who thrives on independence, takes pride in their work, and plays a key role in delivering top‑tier customer service. What You’ll Do Drive a company‑branded MR or HR truck to deliver and collect secure destruction bins and materials. Service a diverse client base across various industries, including handling e‑waste, archive boxes, textiles, and pallets. Safely manage bins weighing up to 100kg – an ideal role for someone who enjoys physical work. Use a PDA device to accurately record collections and service tasks. Complete daily vehicle checks and ensure roadworthiness and cleanliness. You’ll need to apply for access passes with government and high‑security clients, which may require sharing personal information. Represent Shred‑X professionally on‑site, ensuring top‑tier customer interaction. Follow all company policies, WHS standards, chain of responsibility, and client‑specific procedures. What You Bring A valid Medium Rigid (MR) truck license with a clean driving history. Previous experience in a physical driving role (e.g. freight or removalist‑style work). Safe manual handling skills and physical fitness. Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player. Good communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
