Client Services Coordinator (After Hours) – Dovida Australia Join Dovida Australia as a Client Services Coordinator in our Lane Cove West, Riverwood and Rockdale offices. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others and is comfortable answering calls, texts, and emails after hours. You’ll play a vital part in our mission to provide 24/7 care, acting as the first point of contact for urgent client and staff needs during evenings and weekends. The role is not full‑time during the after‑hours period – you are only required to be available to answer occasional phone calls, text messages and emails. Why join us? Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries in a friendly, knowledgeable manner, including out‑of‑hours support and emergency scheduling when required. Accurately capture and document detailed information from incoming calls to ensure smooth handover to the scheduling team. Use internal systems to log client needs, Caregiver availability, or service changes with clarity and precision. About you Confident in fast‑paced admin environments with strong multitasking skills Friendly phone manner and clear communication Organised, reliable, and able to prioritise effectively Scheduling/rostering experience Ideally experience working with a rostering system; AlayaCare is a bonus Able to travel to the local office for training, collecting equipment and any ad hoc support needed Ability to be available from 5pm‑8am About Dovida Dovida is a national provider of high‑quality, person‑centred home care.
