HR - Workforce planner

We’re seeking a Full-time (M-F) HR Workforce Planner to join our team. This role has a flexible location of Bowen or Mackay. About the Role – your tasks will predominately include: Coordinate recruitment and maintain staff capacity, including onboarding and offboarding Work closely with operations managers for successful job execution Maintain multiple job fronts according to clients requirements, including specific training, accommodation and compliance Liaise between workers and appropriate lines of management Maintains all records pertaining to staff, including position descriptions, contracts of employment records, performance appraisals, and training records.
