Be a part of our Team We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate to join us in a Fixed Term capacity (through to March 2027) in our stunning, newly renovated boutique on Collins St. If you have a passion for exceptional customer service, creating memorable moments and enjoy working in a dynamic and inclusive team, we welcome you to apply now HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? With your exceptional ability in developing and driving client relationships, you will be instrumental in: Providing unique and exceptional client experiences inside and outside the boutique Cultivating strong client relationships and brand loyalty Personally contributing to sales results along with stock & compliance accuracy Participating in client events and acting as an Ambassador of the Maison Supporting in the set up and closing of the boutique. Assisting with special projects when requested, a liaising with other company stakeholders HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? To contribute to team success, you will have: +3 years previous experience in retail, hospitality or service led roles A strong understanding of Luxury Standards A service and client focused approach Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative team spirit. Exceptional organization skills, communication skills and detail orientation Ability to multi-task and the passion to help others Excellent time management skills and an ability to quickly adapt to a fast pace environment HOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING?
