ZSG Assistant Manager's Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store. Manage all key performance indicators of exceptional customer service. Supervise and coach team members to deliver an exceptional ZSG experience. Deliver ZSG food quality and safety standards. ZSG Assistant Manager's Skills & Experience Highly motivated natural leader who doesn’t hesitate to be hands on. A passion for food and executing restaurant operations. A positive 'can do' attitude. Ability to build an efficient team in a fast‑paced environment. Experienced Restaurant Management: 2 years minimum (preferred).
