About the Role As our Product Data Specialist , you’ll own the product data lifecycle end‑to‑end. You’ll ensure the accuracy, structure and flow of product information across ERP, web, analytics and fleet platforms — enabling customers, sales teams and systems to operate with speed and confidence. Sitting within Supply Chain, this role partners closely with Sales, Procurement and IT to keep our catalogue sharp, our inventory reliable, and our insights actionable. When data drives results, you’ll be in the driver’s seat. Key Responsibilities Product Data & Governance Build and maintain OEM ↔ aftermarket cross‑references Govern product categories, attributes and data standards Model and maintain kits/BOMs Identify product and category gaps to improve catalogue strength Own Make/Model/Year mappings and critical spares sets for fleet operators Govern website listings, filters and search structure Ensure ERP ↔ web data parity for accuracy and consistency Data Quality, Systems & Integrations Run ongoing quality checks across Dynamics 365 F&O Resolve data issues at source to lift system reliability Maintain automated pipelines, alerts and import/export processesSupport API and connector jobs tied to product data flow Partner with Sales/Service to provide fast OEM ↔ aftermarket answers Work with Procurement on product lifecycle, supersessions and rationalisation Deliver ad‑hoc product analysis for the Highgate Sales Director Support the IT & Data Manager with escalated or complex data queries Key Skills & Experience 2–3+ years in product data, analytics, supply chain or product information management Strong capability in Power BI, SQL, Excel/Power Query Experience with Power Automate, Azure Data Factory or Fabric (desirable) Background in manufacturing, BOMs/kits, attribute governance or data standards Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O or similar ERP Automotive or aftermarket experience is an advantage Detail‑driven, methodical, and confident cleaning messy data into structured, reliable outputs What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months) OEM ↔ aftermarket mappings are accurate, fast and trusted Attributes and kits/BOMs are standardised and reliable Web listings reflect ERP truth, every time Automated workflows reduce manual effort and catch issues before customers do Product data becomes a competitive advantage — not a bottleneck What’s on Offer Join a team that accelerates together and succeeds at speed A workplace that prioritises your safety and your growth A culture built on honesty, loyalty, positivity, humility and excellence And yes — Friday lunch is on us How to apply Click 'Apply for this job' and upload a copy of your resume. #J-18808-Ljbffr
