The Opportunity We are inviting Expressions of Interest from dedicated General Practitioners to join our expanding team, delivering on-site medical care to residents within aged care facilities throughout Tasmania . As a GP with Access Aged Care, you will be part of a coordinated multidisciplinary team — including experienced nurses, telehealth specialists, and administrative staff — all working together to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care. Our model is designed to reduce administrative burden, giving you the freedom to focus on clinical care and meaningful patient interactions. You will enjoy professional autonomy, a manageable caseload, and the opportunity to see the direct and lasting impact of your care on residents, their families, and facility teams. Opportunities are subject to availability and may be limited or unavailable in certain locations. Why GPs Choose Us Exceptional Earning Potential: Earn up to $2,000 per day for an 8-hour workday. Comprehensive Clinical Support: Collaborate with a dedicated team of nurses, telehealth geriatricians, physicians, and experienced admin staff. Overseas applicants need not apply. Fellowship with the RACGP or ACRRM. Availability for at least 1 day per week, with potential for additional work as a result of growth. Experience with system-based reporting and confidence in using various software packages preferred. A personal laptop is required to perform the duties of this position.
