Hybrid work model; work from home and in the office Join a global company and partner with experts in health, security and risk management Perm full time role from 5th January 2026 Assist the delivery of marketing initiatives and provide administrative assistance across both Marketing and Sales functions. About the role The Marketing Executive is hands‑on and varied role with emphasis on design and communications, combining campaign coordination, content preparation, event logistics, reporting, administration and budget assistance. Plan and roll‑out of marketing campaigns Prepare communications and design assets Design and develop multimedia assets across digital and print channels Coordinate speaker calls and event logistics Assist with financial processes Contribute to monthly reporting About you Has an interest and eye for designing content Experience as a Marketing executive, assistant or coordinator, or similar position Excellent English communication skills, written and oral High standard of competency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio Proficiency with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) Understanding of digital platforms (e.g. Eloqua, Salesforce, website CMS, GEO/SEO/SEM basics) Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a relevant field are highly desirable Opportunities to expand your career in a multinational company with consistent growth Ongoing training and development opportunities Enjoy rewards for your contributions, including service awards Option to purchase additional annual leave and paid volunteering days Exclusive discounts on health insurance, airlines, technology, and more Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity, click Apply now Please note: Only suitable shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
