Role Summary We are searching for experienced and passionate trainer s to deliver face‑to‑face training and assessments across qualifications in Ageing & Disability, Hospitality, Childcare, Home & Community and more Our ideal candidate will be a confident communicator who is comfortable in dealing with people from all walks of life. They will take pride in passing on knowledge and providing people with the tools required to succeed in their chosen field. Our ideal candidates will be highly organised and able to juggle competing priorities and manage their time effectively. They will also be confident using the MS office suite of products, as well as other learning systems. Responsibilities and Duties Delivery of training sessions and assessment, including marking assessments. Conducting workplace assessments. Participating in the review and development of training course materials. Maintaining vocational competency and currency. Contributing to ongoing continuous improvement processes such as validation and industry engagement. Actively assisting with organisational adherence with RTO standards 2015. This role is being hired on a casual basis and is located out of our campus in the Perth CBD. Skills, Attributes and Experience Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Previous experience in course facilitation Must hold one or more of the relevant qualifications listed Proficient in computer applications, including the MS Office suite High level of interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to work effectively within a team and follow direction In-depth understanding of ACWA regulatory guidelines and standards.
