We have an exciting opportunity for a QA/QC Inspector - SMP to join the Woodman Point Project Team in Henderson In this role, you will be responsiblefor performing inspections in accordance with Project Quality Control Plans and Inspection Test Plans with reference to SMP activities. You will further follow relevant specified procedures and issue the relevant quality records. Clough, as part of an alliance, is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the Woodman Point Water Treatment Facility Upgrade, a significant sustainable infrastructure project for the Perth community, reducing waste and emissions. Responsibilities Inspect and verify the quality of SMP works and construction processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility of construction methods. Conduct regular site inspections and tests on workmanship to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards. Document and report on quality issues, including any non-compliance, defects, or deviations from standards, and work with the project team to resolve them. Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and engineers to ensure that all corrective actions are implemented and issues are addressed promptly. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, a relevant field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience (3+ years) as a Quality Control Inspector in SM. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control procedures. Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. Proficiency in using inspection tools, measuring instruments, and relevant software.
